Who are we?
C.I.L.T. Next Generation is one of the two wings of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (C.I.L.T.).

The C.I.L.T. Young Professionals Forum (YPF) was launched in 2004 in Hong Kong, renamed in 2018 as Next Generation to inspire and encourage youth and those in the early stage of their career into logistics and transport, and supply chain of the institute. Next Generation has over 2000 individual members spread across 27 C.I.L.T. branches globally.

The Next Generation Forum focuses on those considering a career, starting their career or those who have recently transferred to logistics, supply chain and transportation industry.

We are an inclusive and inspiring network of professionals globally, bringing together thought leaders and future fellows to support, educate and motivate the next generation at every level from undergraduate/student to MD.
