Analysis Results of the Women's Survey in the Logistics and Transportation Sector

As WILAT Turkey, the women's wing of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), this survey on gender equality, women's employment, and the role of women in the logistics sector is conducted to understand the experiences, views, and suggestions of professionals in the industry. The aim is to shed light on how to create a fair and equitable working environment and increase awareness about gender equality in the business world, gender roles, career development, education opportunities, equality issues in the workplace, and gender equality in the sector. The survey is designed to help build a more inclusive future.
